It's tremendous. Well worth the money. I'm already partway through the videos and I see a bunch of things in my life I want to work on. Bought a Brick this morning.

  • Xavier Barcenas

Picking role models and studying how they think, how they carry themselves, and how they show up in tough moments has been a game-changer. It's helping me design the kind of man I want to be every single day for my community, my partner, and our daughter. Big thanks to Zack for helping me lay out my thoughts and goals

  • Christopher Douglas

I feel like a whole new person, who just shed a ton of layers that have dying to come off several years. It feels like all the things that were holding me back are in the past. It's quite empowering to see how much I was able to change in 30 days with a solid plan and structure. I see the value in all aspects of this and in being done with it, I feel more inclined to keep going. I will be continuing this almost all of this in the future. don't reason to stop.

  • Nadia Moreno

This was a truly transformative experience that made me realize what I still need to work on - physically, emotionally, and even spiritually. I'm fully committed to staying on this path and deeply inspired by all the experiences that have been shared in this community so far.

  • Myke Metzger

In just a few days on March 12th it will be 5 months since I quit drinking. So much has changed for the better in just a short time. It was something I considered for the past 2-3 years, so if anyone else is in that camp, I encourage you to just quit. It's worth it.

  • Tom Wolters

I think I rewired my brain…I get dopamine from work! Ever since I started using this, my focus has been on another level. Tasks that used to feel like a chore now feel genuinely satisfying to complete. It’s like my mindset flipped — I crave progress, not procrastination. If you’re looking for something that helps you actually enjoy being productive, this is it.

  • Arturo Montiel

For the past few months, I've been wasting time on social media, constantly reaching for my phone to scroll. However, after the first week of this challenge, I was much more motivated to avoid using my phone first or last thing of the day. I also refrained from mindless distractions-this brought my screen time down from 8-10 hours a day to 2-4 hours a day.

  • Amy Milone

I feel peaceful, productive and truly present with what I am doing. It's incredible how implementing "just a few daily rules" into my life have made me so much more aware of the ways I still try to numb, sabotage or disconnect from myself.

  • Oscar C

I'm actually enjoying not being on my phone. It's funny how everyone else is glued to their screens in the morning, while I'm just staring out the window, thinking about a world without iPhones and being in the moment, LOL. Anyway, I edited my calendar until the end of this year and I'm happy to get those insights Zack, I appreciate it - ready to crush the next challenge. Here's to staying unplugged and making solid progress! cheers everyone🥂

  • Jessica Gurba

I’m grateful for all the support throughout he challenge. Everyone's comments help through the hardest times and reading everyone's post made me feel connected in seeing how dedicated everyone was to improve themselves and get to the next level. I honestly don’t have anyone like that around me, which that alone has brought me a ton of value being apart of this with you all.
